When a situation arises that it is necessary to extract several elements from the system (due to repair or due to economy), heating does not affect the remaining parts of the house. One thing to do is to shut off both taps.

Manifold cabinets are metal devices in the middle of which the device of the floor mechanism and water supply is located. The main goal of the collector is to independently control the circulation of the coolant, and is also able to provide the floor with the necessary temperature.

The main details of the cabinet are:

  • case - a box consisting of stainless metal or strong plastic; come across models with the absence of a back wall or one of some of its sides; on the sides of the structure and its lower panel there are slots for connecting pipes;
  • fasteners mechanism - the system is determined by how the structure will be located - on the surface or in the center of the wall; spacers or anchors are often used for fasteners; in certain designs, brackets and adjustable clamps are fixed inside;
  • door - protects a capacious cabinet from violations and prohibited entry; fixed with hinges, equipped with a lock or latch; many models can be purchased in white, beige, but other colors can be found if desired.

Collector cabinets come in 2 types:

  • built-in devices - placed in a niche made in the thickness of the wall or hidden under the lining of drywall or lining. Usually, on these models, the sides are not painted, since they have lead-out and mounting spans. Typically, the depth of the device is 120 mm, the width is 465-1900 mm, and the height is almost 650 mm. Built-in cabinets are in greatest demand, because they are inconspicuous, do not overshadow the appearance of the room, are convenient to use.Wardrobes are painted white, with built-in only the front panel is designed.
