But, unfortunately, the risk of damage to one of the structural elements is present in models of any quality, so it is important to understand how do-it-yourself coupe cabinets are repaired.

Design
The demand for the closet is so high that there is hardly a furniture store where at least one model of such an interior item for residential and office premises is not represented. And all because such products, as in the photo, have a certain design feature - a way to open doors. The facades do not open up, but move on rollers in different directions along the profiles mounted on the top and bottom of the cabinet. This design is called a compartment mechanism and increases the level of spaciousness of premium closets, allowing you to fit such furniture even in a tiny room.
The sliding wardrobe consists of such basic elements:
- box with shelves and drawers;
- sliding system;
- accessories and fittings.
The cabinet itself consists of an external box of the correct geometric shape. Most of the models sold are in the form of a rectangle with angles of 90 degrees. The stiffness of the box must be high, otherwise it will lead over time, the fasteners will weaken and the product will need repair. The box can have legs or rest on the base with the whole bottom. Doors have a frame made of metal profile, which is fixed to the door using fasteners. Top and bottom rollers are attached to the canvas. The main load during operation is experienced by the lower rollers and the lower guide attached to the frame of the product. It is these parts that more often than others require repair work.

Most often, the repair of a sliding wardrobe at home is required because this piece of furniture:
- the elements of the frame break;
- mechanical components fail: guides, rollers are broken, torn from the facade or side wall of the loop. It is often required to repair a sliding wardrobe by replacing the rollers;
- glass or mirror is damaged. In the manufacture of premium sliding door wardrobes, mirrored facades are often used. It is quite possible to damage them during careless operation.

Preventive measures (timely removal of dust, dirt) will allow you to easily use the sliding system for as long as possible.
Incorrect rail installation
If the guides are not installed correctly, even premium cabinets may need repairs. Doors will eventually have to be moved sideways not so smoothly. They can also fall out of the rails, as the roller will slip out. You will have to dismantle the doors, and then the guides, to install them correctly.
Loose door closure
If, after some time after assembly, the doors no longer close tightly, you will need to determine the cause of this problem. Perhaps the design is full of things and some wardrobe item simply prevents the door from closing. Check the contents of the cabinet. If these concerns have not been confirmed, a thorough repair of the sliding doors will be required.
Doors may not fit snugly against the side wall due to a broken lock. If the stopper has fallen out or has moved, it should be returned to its place. For the best result, it is worth putting it on a resistant glue, strengthening the grip with a press.
Roller adjustment

If there is a gap, peel off the buffer tape in the corner of the facade, and then turn the screw clockwise. This will eliminate the gap from the bottom. If the slot is on top, the screw is turned counterclockwise.
Creak when moving the door
Squeaks and other noises during the movement of the door indicate a curvature of the roller, which will have to be replaced. You can do this yourself, the main thing is to choose a replacement part, similar in operational parameters, for replacement.

It is better to dismantle the door leaf with a partner, because when it is lifted, the spring mechanism in the lower rollers pushes the wheel out. You will need to gently hold it.
Replacing the Mirror Part
